Selection: We commit our products are selected from the best and most even coffee beans, which come from the areas have achieved heigh level and suitable climate for the coffee aroma such as Arabica Cau Dat & Robusta Buon Me Thuat coffee taste.
Roasters: This stage is very important to raise the beans to reach the best of coffee aroma. Those who specify in roasters, would know best roasting temperature to bring the best flavors and colors. We chose dark roasted mode, at temperatures 230-238 degrees, surface cottonseed oil, low acid, medium bloom, medium fragrant and sweetness reached the maximum level.
Testing: In order to ensure the perfect coffee taste, each batch of coffee we have tested and carefully categorised to help bring the taste and your enjoyment habits.
Packing: Coffee as well as any other food, preserving pure taste is always vital. After being cooled, coffee is filled into bags in the order of regions. The storage bag has double-layer and is pressed by the machine after the weight per bag is sufficient.
