1. Return policy:
You can return or change order in these cases:
- Problems from our manufacturer
- Wrong orders.
- Wrong quantity.
- Outlook problems, such as: torn, scratched, ... packages.
- Within 24 hours after receiving products, if you are unsatisfied with them, you can return or exchange your order.
2. How to ruturn:
A. For customers in HCMC:
- Right after receiving products, please check them carefully and return to the deliverer if needed.
- All return cases after that, please contact us via hotline 0933 03 88 16 to inform the status of products and reason to return. We will exchange them right after getting back products from you.
- Return within 30 days of the date you receive the products.
- Or you can exchange it directly at our company: 23 Phung Khac Khoan, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
B. For others customers:

After getting back products, we will check if it meets our return policy. ARCHCAFÉ will call or send you an email to inform of return agreement / disagreement. In case your products don't meet our return policy, you will be responsible for delivery fee to get back your products.
Note: ARCHCAFÉ just exchange products, no refund.
