Vietnamese iced black coffee

Countries in the Northern Hemisphere often drink hot coffee, we have to show them that the original black iced coffee is in Vietnam.

I have worked in the coffee industry for more than 25 years in the West, I would like to share my experience about coffee.

The countries that produce Arabica coffee are mostly in South America, a small number in Asia, Africa and very little in Hawaii in the US, Robusta is mostly in Asia and Africa.

Americans in general and North Americans in particular drink nearly 100% Arabica. Europeans drink both types, Africans drink nearly 100% Robusta, while in Asia towards Southeast Asia they drink Robusta, northern Asia is mostly Arabica.

Pure natural coffee is not mixed with corn or other types of beans, if it is, it cannot be called pure coffee.

Coffee is divided into three grades: grade one is the highest quality, grade two is average, grade three is the lowest. At the same time, coffee is also divided into many types, for example, original coffee means where the coffee is grown, in which land. The world market will evaluate the coffee of each region, for example, the best coffee in the world is Blue Mountain grown in Jamaica, Kona fancy grown in Hawaii on extinct volcanoes. Other countries all have their original coffee with their own taste, these types of coffee are all first-class coffee.

Types of Moka, Colombien, Afrique, Java coffee… are named after the roasting and processing formula for the right taste in the locality, not the original coffee of that locality. They can be first, second or third class, depending on the choice of each different company.

Coffee also has flavors like vanilla, caramel… called Aromatic coffee. This type has many types, maybe unlimited, depending on the processing companies with different formulas.

In my opinion, each person, each nation has their own way of drinking and processing, as well as companies, we must have our own way of processing. The important thing here is how, our way of drinking and processing must be better than other countries, we must together bring Vietnamese coffee up.

For example, Vietnamese iced black coffee, I have been to many countries and have never found it as delicious as in Vietnam, the important thing is that it must be clean and free of toxins. Our country is in the tropics so we must develop iced coffee for the whole world to see. Northern countries often drink hot coffee, I must show them that iced coffee originated in Vietnam, as well as Latte, Cappuccino, Viennois coffee… originated in Europe.

Please do not criticize Vietnamese coffee anymore, but more importantly, improve the quality, find ways to build the reputation of Vietnamese iced coffee to be famous all over the world.
