Roast Level: Medium (Light Brown)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"589\">Depending on the origin and variety of the coffee, different roasting profiles may be applied to suit the beans.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"671\"><strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"616\">3. Water Temperature:<\/strong><br data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"619\" \/>The brewing water should be between <strong data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"670\">88\u00b0C \u2013 95\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"763\"><strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"695\">4. Water Pressure:<\/strong><br data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"698\" \/>The extraction pressure should range between <strong data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"762\">8 \u2013 9.5 bars \u00b11<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"840\"><strong data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"788\">5. Extraction Time:<\/strong><br data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"791\" \/>The ideal extraction time is <strong data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"839\">20 \u2013 25 seconds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"859\"><strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"859\">6. Grind Size<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1079\">The grind size must match the machine pressure to allow proper extraction within 20\u201325 seconds. This reflects the importance of experience in using the grinder. The correct grind size ensures optimal flavor and timing:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1171\">\n<li data-start=\"1081\" data-end=\"1130\">\n<p data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1130\">If the coffee flows too quickly, grind finer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1171\">\n<p data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1171\">If it flows too slowly, grind coarser.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1237\"><strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1192\">7.
