If you find your coffee a little bitter, skip the sugar and just switch to a blue cup.
Over 2.25 billion cups are consumed every day around the world, and it seems that many of them make coffee taste more bitter.
A new study shows that coffee lovers can make their drinks sweeter by simply switching to a different colored cup.
Scientists have confirmed that blue cups and glass cups are effective in reducing the bitterness of coffee without the help of sugar.

Coffee in blue cups and glass cups will be sweeter
Researchers from the Federation University of Australia and the University of Oxford have confirmed that drinking coffee in white cups makes it taste more bitter. They tested 36 volunteers, drinking coffee from three different colored cups: blue, white, and clear. In the pilot study published in the journal Flavour, white cups increased the intensity of coffee more than clear glass cups.

Coffee served in a white cup has a stronger taste.
In another test, coffee in white cups was found to taste less sweet than other colored cups, while blue cups made the coffee taste the sweetest. Scientists believe that brown is associated with bitterness, so coffee in white cups was the brownest. So, it is true that the color of the cup does have some influence on the taste of the coffee.
